Traditional real estate routes take time, cost money, and often add stress when what people really need is relief, clarity, and a fresh start.
That’s where we come in.
We started the Three Door Collective to offer real, respectful solutions for people who need to sell quickly, without pressure, and with full transparency.
Our goal is to restore trust in an industry that too often forgets the human behind the home.

Aziza Ahmed
Partner + Communications
Aziza brings a unique combination of heart, strategy, and social insight to The Three Door Collective. A doctoral student in Sociology at George Mason University and a seasoned organizational consultant, she’s spent nearly a decade helping people navigate institutions with clarity and confidence. Her academic work centers on how organizations shape people's lives, particularly through issues of race, gender, and class which informs her thoughtful approach to real estate.
With roots in higher education and community leadership, Aziza is passionate about restoring trust in both people and the home-selling process.
Hiba Salih
Partner + Development
Hiba is one of the co-founders of Three Door Collective. She helps people solve problems with their properties. She works with owners who are going through tough situations—like dealing with an inherited home, money stress, or big life changes. Her goal is to make the process simple and respectful, so people can move on without stress.
Hiba has a background in design, architecture, and construction. This helps her understand a home’s true value and what it might need. She uses that knowledge to offer fair, helpful solutions to owners who are ready to move on.
She believes in listening, keeping things honest, and making sure people feel supported every step of the way.
Lamease Phillips
Partner + Operations
Lamease is one of the co-founders of Three Door Collective. She brings over six years of experience in human resources and business operations, helping the team stay organized, efficient, and people-focused.
Lamease is known for her strong communication skills and her ability to quickly find smart solutions. She’s passionate about helping families and communities grow through real estate and believes in doing business with honesty, care, and respect.
